Hi, I'm Andrea

And I guide women to slow down, reconnect, and reclaim their sense of inner wholeness. To tame their stress and overwhelm and quieten the external noise. To rediscover the space within where peace, purpose, and presence reside.

For years, I lived the life I believed I was meant to want—a thriving business, a loving family, the dream home, the travel, the success. But as I moved through life, something deeper began to stir. Stress & anxiety arrived, burnout took root, and beneath all the outward abundance, I felt a quiet ache—like a part of me had been left behind.

And then the start of something amazing happened...

Offerings

True peace begins within.

Somatic practices invite us to slow down, turn inward,

and reconnect with the stillness beneath the noise of daily life.

Each breath, movement, and touch becomes a doorway to inner quiet.

Attune your nervous system - one present moment at a time.

Therapeutic Touch

ZenThai Shiatsu Bodywork

ZenThai Shiatsu is a powerful and restorative form of bodywork that combines mindful movement, therapeutic touch, and stillness to bring balance back to the body and mind. Rooted in the traditions of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, and Osteopathy, this unique fusion is both deeply relaxing and structurally effective.

This practice supports the body’s natural healing processes by relieving tension, enhancing mobility, and regulating the nervous system. Using gentle stretches, fascia release, joint mobilization, and deep, grounding pressure, ZenThai Shiatsu helps you feel more open, spacious, and connected—physically, mentally, and energetically.

Mindful Movement

Yoga

A gentle, breath-led yoga practice that invites you to slow down, tune into your body, and move with greater awareness. Instead of striving for perfection in poses, this approach focuses on being present, cultivating self-compassion, and exploring movement that feels nourishing and grounding.

Drawing on traditional yoga, mindfulness, and somatic principles, Mindful Yoga supports the nervous system, enhances mobility and strength, and fosters emotional resilience. It's suitable for all bodies and levels of experience, offering a supportive space to move at your own pace and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're seeking to reduce stress, build body awareness, or simply carve out time to pause and reset, mindful movement can gently guide you back to balance.

Mindful Movement (Yoga)

What style of yoga do you teach?

My yoga approach is gentle, nurturing, and inspired by the wisdom of the Five Chinese Elements. Each practice is designed to harmonise and nourish your body, mind, and energy according to the natural cycles — supporting you to move with more ease, balance, and connection to your inner rhythm.

Do I need to be flexible or fit?

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

What’s the difference between mindfulness and self-compassion?

Mindfulness is the art of being present with awareness. Self-compassion is meeting that awareness with kindness. Together, they create an inner sanctuary of peace.

I find meditation hard — can I do this?

Yes. Many people feel this way at first. My mindfulness approach is gentle, practical, and meets you where you are. You’ll learn simple ways to bring more calm and self-kindness into your everyday life.
